In consideration of being permitted to participate in Limitless: The Dance Team Project (“the Event”), I, the participant or parent/guardian of the participating minor, acknowledge and fully assume all risks associated with dance training, physical activity, and event participation, including slips, falls, collisions, and other potential injuries. I certify that I/my child am/is in good health and physically able to participate. I hereby waive, release, and discharge Limitless: The Dance Team Project, its owners, staff, instructors, volunteers, representatives, the DoubleTree Annapolis, and all associated personnel, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or connected with participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I authorize event staff to secure medical care in the event of an emergency and accept full financial responsibility for such treatment. I understand that all payments are final and non-refundable. I also grant permission for Limitless to use photographs or video of myself/my child for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Waiver & Release of Liability and voluntarily accept its conditions.
