Convention Schedule
FULL SCHEDULE COMING SOON!
Both days will begin with a 7:30 AM check-in. Saturday, February 27th will end at 5:00 PM (unless attending our Bonus Classes session), and Sunday, February 28th will end at 5:30 PM following our Final Awards.
In the meantime, here are some key times:
Saturday, February 27th
- 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Check-In
- 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
- 5:00 PM: Wrap Up
- 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Bonus Classes
Sunday, February 28th
- 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM: Check-In
- 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Coach Connection Hour
- 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: College Recruitment Seminar
- 1:00 PM – 1:45 PM: Lunch Break
- 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Wrap Up & Final Awards
*Coach Connection Hour and College Recruitment Seminar are open to parents and coaches with the purchase of an Access Pass.

The Westin has offered a limited number of room blocks for convention weekend. Stay on property with us!

Lunch & On-Site Food
For the convenience of our dancers and families, The Westin will offer on-site lunch concessions during the designated lunch hours at Limitless!
Dancers will have a variety of freshly prepared lunch options available for purchase, including:
- Sandwiches
- Salads
- Wraps
- Chicken Tenders
- Cheeseburgers
- Additional Snacks & Beverages
Lunch Pricing: Approximately $12.00 – $20.00
Meals will be available for individual purchase, allowing dancers and families the flexibility to select options that best fit their preferences.
PLEASE NOTE:
Limitless will not be providing complimentary or prepackaged boxed lunches as we have at previous conventions. All meals will be available for individual purchase through The Westin's on-site concessions.
In accordance with The Westin's hotel policies and contractual regulations, outside food delivery services, such as DoorDash, are not permitted within the convention ballroom area. Dancers who choose to order outside food may enjoy their meals in the nearby hotel lobby area.
